Hardex Rust Stain Remover is an effective solution designed to remove rust from metal surfaces. The rust stain remover will penetrate deep into the rust and completely eliminates rust stains and restores the appearance of old metal, without the need for scrubbing or scraping. This product is formulated to preserve the initial condition of the metal, ensuring that the tough job is done right.

Typical Application
Ideal for use on rust from metal tools, automotive parts, iron surfaces, corroded hardware, rusty pipes, and even smaller items like bolts and screws and other rust-prone objects.
 
Directions:

1. Prior to soaking, remove dirt and debris from the item. Use a detergent or degreaser to eliminate oils and greases for enhanced rust removal.
    
2. Pour the ready-to-use Rust Remover Soak into a container, ensuring the object is completely submerged.
    
3. Allow the item to soak for a minimum of 30 minutes for light rust, 1 hour for medium rust, and up to 2 hours for heavily rusted items. Please ensure not to exceed the 4-hour soaking time.''
    
4. Remove the item from the solution, thoroughly rinse it with water, and ensure complete drying before proceeding with any further painting. If rust persists in the metal ''pits,'' repeat the soaking process and rinse again. Do not allow it to dry prior to rinsing.
